Worldlink vs. Vianet internet speed
Hello everyone today in this blog
I am going to tell you about the internet comparison between Worldlink vs. Vianet. Many of us want
to know about “Which internet connection is better between Vianet and Worldlink?” Everyone has different opinion about the
internet speed between Worldlink and
Vianet. But in this blog I am writing about my own experience between the
internet speed of Worldlink and Vianet.
Best internet provider in Nepal
It is said that, the internet
connection in Nepal is slower than the Internet service provided in foreign
country. Not only that but also the cost of internet package is far more
expensive than other countries. Though it is slower and costlier, maximum
number of people use the facility of internet connection in Nepal. Although
there are many internet service provider in Nepal, some of the most popular
internet service provider are: Worldlink,
Vianet, HONS, SUBISU, Classictech, etc. Though there are many internet
service provider in Nepal, the maximum number of people use the internet service
provided by Worldlink and Vianet. We
get stuck in the middle between choosing Worldlink
or Vianet. Both of this ISP has pros
and cons which is discussed in the article below.
Worldlink vs. Vianet service
Worldlink and Vianet both provide different kinds of facilities to
their user. They also give many special offers according to their plan and
budget. Besides that they provide quality service than other Internet Service
Provider. Now let’s get to the main point of this article. According to my
experience, the service provided by Worldlink
to their user is good than service provided by Vianet. Whenever we faced the problem in internet connection, and
contact to the customer service of Worldlink
then they usually try to fix it from their technical support. If that problem
is not solved from there then they send their technician to the customer’s
house and tell them to go and fix the problem. Also they carry the router and
other setup tools and if the problem has been occurred in the router then they
change the customer’s old router with the new one with free of charge or cost.
Whereas in Vianet, if we faced the
internet connection problem and try to contact them, then they take a little
bit of extra time to pick up the phone. At first they say “we will try to fix
it from here and if it is not solved then please contact us again”. If the
internet issues are solved then it is okay otherwise there are more steps for
the Vianet users to follow. They again contact the customer’s service support
team and describe about the problem faced by them. After that they just
transfer their call to the technical support to fix the problem and again they
tell us that just reset the router and open it then it will work. If not then
we will clear the cache of internet from here and you will have your internet
connection back. This will solve the problem for some time. Again if we face
the same problem then they finally send their technical team to the customer’s
house to fix the problem after complaining many times. If we have problem in
our router then we have to change it by ourselves. They won’t exchange or
replace the router. And the worst part of Vianet is that, whenever we try to call
them then at first they give option to choose between calling “sales and
marketing” or “customer care”. If we choose for customer care and if incase the
call in the customer care service is not received then it will deduct your
balance even if we have not talked with them. They deduct our balance even if
you press call and just cancel the phone before selecting the option between
“customer care” and “sales and marketing” support team. In my case, they deduct
30 paisa when I just called for 5 seconds. This is the worst policy of Vianet
that I don’t like. This case will not
happen in Worldlink. If the phone is
not received then the balance will not be deducted from your phone or SIM card.
But Worldlink has also some negative
part i.e. due to more number of users, the internet connection errors occurred
little bit more than Vianet.
Though the speed of both internet
is average in my opinion. But it also depends upon the location area of your
house. If you have few number of Worldlink
or Vianet user in your locality or
area then you can experience the smooth and fast internet speed of Worldlink or Vianet with a very few chances of internet connection problems
whereas if there are many users who uses same internet service provider then
you all may face frequent internet connection problems. That means, the more
users who uses same internet service provider, the more chances of facing the problems.
So, the user must choose the right internet service provider who can provide
best and quality services. So in my opinion, Worldlink is little bit more active than Vianet to provide the service to their customers.
Who has more users? Worldlink vs Vianet.
Worldlink has the most number of users compared to Vianet or other Internet Service
Provider (ISP) because of the immediate service provided by the Worldlink. And if any user faces the
internet connection problems then they immediately try to fix it. Whereas in
the context of Vianet users, the
problem will not occur frequently but when the problem occurred then they take
little bit more time to solve the problem. This the situation that I have faced
in my experience. Some of us might be the old user of Worldlink or Vianet. So,
please share or give your opinion about the speed comparison and service
provided by Worldlink and Vianet.
Your feedback will help the user to choose between the best Internet Service
Provider.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I am neither the member of Worldlink nor Vianet. This
is my own experience and decided to share my opinion with you. I hope this
article will help you. Also there is one thing I forget to share with you. All
the ISP will give best customer service at first and then slowly they started
to degrade their quality and internet speed. But Worldlink or Vianet has little
bit more quality internet service than other ISP.
